The air conditioning was inconsistent, leaving the room too warm at times, and some of the bathroom setups felt a bit dated, like slow-draining showers. The parking situation nearby can be a hassle with fees stacking up and limited availability. You may also find beds squeaked their way through the night, which can mess with your tranquility. Not to mention, breakfast options could definitely use a kick in creativity, as they lacked variety and flair.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. They were very professional in the way they treated an AC problem the hotel had during our stay. The room was spotless, modern and together with the bathroom, had all the ameneties you could need.

The public areas were run down, however our room was in excellent condition, which was more important for our comfort.

We enjoyed the luxury of suite accommodation with all appropraiate amenities. The lack of parking was a challenge but the hotel arranged parking at a nearby hotel. The inclusive breakfast was welcome but limited. The restaurant produced acceptable fare but more care is needed in preparation. For example, fish was presented that had not been fully descaled.

We had a comfortable, clean room with hairdryer. The elevators were large enough for us and our suitcases. The buffet breakfast was great with pastries, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, etc. The front desk was helpful with directions to a nearby laundrymat (walking distance) and with information about boat trips to the Cinque Terre area. The hotel was very close to the boat docks which was convenient and we had a nice view of the harbor from our room.

The water pressure was a little low in our room for the shower, but was fine in our adjoining room.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room and was delighted by the clean, spacious layout. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right by the harbor, perfect for quick ferry access to Cinque Terre. Every morning, I loved indulging in a breakfast spread that included freshly made pastries and scrambled eggs.

The hotel's location near the marina is excellent for accessing Cinque Terre. The room decor could use modernization.

Breakfast healthy and plenty of food

Hotel has a convenient location, close to where you might like to board a ferry to view the C.T. Reception staff were very helpful.
